Clint Rutledge
Keynote Speaker
Clint Rutledge is a best-selling author, speaker, and business owner. Speaking both nationally and internationally he has shared the stage with speakers such as Tony Evans, Chad Hennings, and Colt McCoy. Clint can frequently be found sharing lessons on life and leadership with leaders of athletic teams one day and then highly successful business leaders the next.

Clint has been married to his wife Jamie for 22 years. They have three kids, daughters Raylee and Reese and son Ryder.

Dodie Doyle
Dodie Doyle serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Stenner Pump Company, bringing over a decade of experience in the fluid control industry. Prior to joining Stenner, she spent more than 10 years as a Sales Representative, where she developed a strong foundation in water treatment equipment and fluid handling systems. Dodie possesses in-depth technical and application expertise, with a specialization in chemical injection pumps. Her comprehensive industry knowledge and customer-focused approach make her a valuable resource for clients seeking tailored fluid control solutions.

Douglas Haring, MWS, CWR, CI
Douglas C. Haring MWS, CWR, CI is a Regional Sales Manager and Technical Support and Applications Specialist for Clack Corporation. He has been a Certified Member of the Water Quality Association since 1983 and presently holds WQA Professional Certification levels Master Water Specialist, Certified Water Treatment Representative and Certified Installer. He is a recipient of the WQA Hall of Fame award, FWQA Hall of Fame Award, EWQA Hall of Fame Award, FWQA Distinguished Service Award, and FWQA President’s Award. Prior to joining Clack, his experience in the Water Quality Improvement Industry includes 10 years when he owned and operated an Independent Dealership and 21 years on the OEM level. He is a member of the WQA Board of Directors and has served on the FWQA and EWQA Board of Directors.

Jeff Hill
Jeffrey Hill is a technical consultant for Aldex Chemical Co, an ion exchange resin producer in Granby, Quebec. He is the former owner of Robert B. Hill Co. in Minneapolis, a company formed in 1958. Robert B Hill Co. is primarily a manufacturer of water softeners and filters and a servicing dealer for commercial and industrial equipment. Jeff has a BA in Chemistry and was an early Master Water Specialist with the Water Quality Association. Jeff spent a decade in environmental water treatment, establishing and rising to President of CarbonAir Services, a company working with Minnesota's Health Department on emergency water treatment for contaminated municipal wells. He also worked on remediation of groundwater contaminated with oil, gasoline, and industrial solvents across ten states.
Jeff provided technical support to the paper and power generation industries with Rohm & Haas ion exchange resins. Jeff's most recent focus has been on data centers, specifically in industrial softener design for water conservation and reducing salt use in evaporative cooling towers.
Jeff has been on the Board of Directors of Minnesota Water Quality Association for many years and was a Governor's appointment to the Plumbing Advisory Board. He and holds a Minnesota Water Conditioning Master license, a Small System Operator license and has held a Minnesota electrical license. Jeff served on the WQA Board of Directors. He is a trainer and Government Affairs Chair with Minnesota Water Quality Association.

Danny Johnson
Danny was raised in East Texas and now resides in Northwestern Kansas. He enjoys bee keeping, gardening, family, and the great outdoors. His main hobbies include bee keeping, amphibian keeping, tropical gardening, fishing, hiking through the dense forest in East Texas, and scenic country drives. The most important thing to Danny is spending time with his wife and children.
Danny has nearly 30 years of experience in membrane processes, ion exchange resin, reverse osmosis (RO) operations, high purity water, industrial water, and management. He started his career by cleaning and installing RO membranes for heavy industry along the Houston, Texas ship channel. As a field technical support engineer at Kurita, he works alongside the application and sales team to provide projections, on-site customer support, troubleshooting, training, and system optimization.

Corey MacPhee
With over 30 years of experience in the air and water treatment industry, Corey MacPhee brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to system design and innovation. Corey began his career in 1995 as a field technician, gaining hands-on expertise in residential and commercial treatment systems. He went on to successfully own and operate a dealership, giving him deep insight into the operational challenges and customer needs faced by dealers and service teams.

Nhan H. Nguyen, MD, JD, MSF
Nhan Nguyen, MD, JD, MSF has been serving injured clients for over 13 years. With extensive knowledge of both law, medicine and business finance, lead attorney, Nhan H. Nguyen, MD, JD, MSF has the skill and experience to help clients navigate the complex areas of personal injury and insurance claims to help maximize damages in recovery - he has done this successfully for hundreds of clients for millions of dollars in settlement.

Greg Reyneke
Greg Reyneke has three decades of ongoing experience in the management and growth of water treatment dealerships. Greg's expertise spans the full gamut of residential, commercial and industrial applications including wastewater treatment, aquatic ecosystems, and advanced corrosion control strategies. Greg is a voting member of the NSF Joint Committee on Drinking Water Treatment Units, and is active with the American Society of Sanitary Engineering and other groups dedicated to improving water quality and hygiene.
Greg is past President of the Pacific Water Quality Association (PWQA) and Chairs their Education Committee. A recipient of the Ray Cross, Regents, and Key Awards, Greg has been active in the WQA since 2004 and is currently serving as Vice President. Jim Sabzali
Jim Sabzali earned his B.S. in Chemistry from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1980 and began his career with Dow Chemical, focusing on specialty chemicals including ion exchange resins. Over the course of his tenure at Dow, he held several roles, including Senior Technical Service Chemist, Marketing Manager, and Senior Account Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. In the 1990s, Mr. Sabzali joined Purolite, where he established the company's Canadian office and later relocated to Philadelphia to serve as North American Sales & Marketing Manager.

Steve Stone
Steve Stone has been in the Residential Water Treatment Industry for more than 20 years focused mainly on residential point of entry ultraviolet treatment. Having spent the bulk of his career in senior commercial roles he carries not only a deep understanding of the technology and application but equal depth in the customer throughout the value chain. In addition to this he is also a licensed boat captain and lives in the outer banks of North Carolina.

Ben Tate
Ben Tate is the National Sales Manager for Water Treatment at Navien, known for turning complex water technologies into easy, actionable solutions. With over 10 years in the industry, Ben has become a trusted advisor to contractors and industry professionals nationwide. His engaging style, relatable insights, and knack for making even the driest topics interesting have earned him a loyal following. When he's not busy talking shop, you'll probably find him swapping stories and laughs with fellow water enthusiasts or exploring new ideas to keep the industry flowing forward.

Candice Wentling
Candice Wentling is the Director of Certified Action, a business advisement and training company, and has been conducting sales training, field coaching and leadership accountability seminars for the last 15 years. Her degrees in Business and Social Work lend well to leadership and employee engagement.
Within the water treatment industry, Candice has extensive leadership and field sales experience, has organized training programs, conducted workshops, worked directly with on-boarding and training of new employees, and became a Master Water Specialist and active committee member with the Water Quality Association. She has been honored with the EWQA Distinguished Service Award and the WQA Award of Merit. She serves on the Board of Directors for the EWQA and the WQA.
