Thank you for being a part of our upcoming Texas Water Quality Association for the 52nd Annual Convention & Suppliers Showcase! We’re grateful for your support and excited to welcome you to the trade show. Your participation helps make this event a success, and we look forward to a great show together! Please see the below information in preparation for the event.
SUPPLIERS SHOWCASE:

Wednesday, July 23 | 11:30 am - 4:00 pm
Room: Independence 5-8
Move-In: Monday, July 21 – Begins at 2:00 PM
Move-Out: Wednesday, July 23 – Must be completed by 6:30 PM
EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:
6' Tabletop Display: Includes trade show registration with lunch & door prize raffle ticket for 1 individual.
10' x 10' Exhibit Booth: Includes trade show registration with awards banquet, lunch, & door prize raffle ticket for 2 individuals.
REQUIRED: Each exhibitor is required to submit their company and attendee information by completing the form linked below ("Exhibitor Form").
ELECTRICAL DROP:
If your booth requires electricity, please note that all electrical drops must be arranged directly through the venue by clicking the button below. Please complete by July 9. (Event Name = TWQA)
VENDOR BINGO:
Participate in our attendee incentive program and drive more traffic to your booth. Attendees will collect stamps by having face-to-face conversations at each participating exhibitor table. Those who complete their cards will be entered to win a grand prize! The cost of being listed on the bingo playing card is $100. You must be signed up by July 9th.

SHIPPING:
The UPS Store inside the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa manages all guest packages for the hotel regardless of carrier.

FLOOR PLAN:
Booth locations have been pre-assigned this year to help ensure a smooth setup and a balanced layout for all exhibitors. Assignments are largely set, but please note that minor adjustments may still occur as we finalize event details. We're looking forward to a great event and a successful showcase for everyone!
