  • Golf in am (ticket purchase required)
  • Tech course - 3-4pm
  • Educational course - 3-4pm
  • Dealer Roundtables - 4:15 - 5:30pm
  • Reception - 6-7pm (RSVP required)
  • Awards Dinner (wear your western clothes....we are Deep in the Heart of Water!) -  7-9pm (RSVP required)

Wednesday, July 22, 2026

  • Exhibitor set up in hall 8am - 11am
  • Annual Meeting for all members/Officer Installation - 8am - 9:30am
  • Family Breakfast - 9am - 10:30am (RSVP required)
  • Hands on/Round Robin - 9am - 11am
  • Exhibit Hall open 11am - 5pm (lunch served at 12pm, cash bar from 2-5pm)
  • Offsite evening social - TBD (ticket purchase required)

Thursday, July 23, 2026

  • 6 courses - 8am - 2pm
  • Convention 2026 ends at 2pm
