What do you find most fascinating / challenging about the water industry?
I'm fascinated by the future of the water treatment industry. With evolving technologies and testing there is still so much to be seen and learned.  Information is now more abundant than ever, not only for those of us who treat water but also for the consumers on the other end. I am eager to see the future of this industry.

What is your hobby and why?
Hobbies include fishing and hunting. I'm blessed to share both of these with family and friends; they are great ways for me to unwind and relax even on "unlucky" days.

Have you had a mentor in the industry and what valuable lesson / catch phrase has that person passed to you?I've learned a lot in life, especially the value of humility and treating others as I wish to be treated. My parents instilled a strong work ethic in me, and Alan Branson's customer-first mentality helped shape a company I'm truly proud to be part of. The quote, "If you're not growing, you're dying," has driven me not just as a water treatment specialist, but also as a father, husband, and friend. And through it all, my faith has been a steady guide, anchoring me in purpose and perseverance.

Who would you like to have a drink with and chat? This person can be from history or current day.
Drink wise I would love to sit down with Andrew Carnegie. I'm eager to discuss building infrastructure. He was a driving force in industry, and his thoughts on clean safe water would be great to listen to.
